Dream Come True Education Park is a brand new and unique liberal study park concept in Hong Kong. Our target is to fulfill the forever increasing education requirements and standards in-line with traditional classroom tutoring in schools. Through activity-based learning in real life experience as part of the liberal study syllabus, enabling students and kids to take part in the on-the-job training in order to unleash their learning potential and awareness towards social responsibilities.

Programme Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

You will be joining a team of energetic talents and work closely together to provide trainings, briefings and demonstrations to the young elites at Dream Come True Education Park, located at the Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal 2. Handling teams of staff to at the front line side, supporting staff's duties and rotations. You will be expected to handling customers enquiries, staff trainings as well as stock handling. In addition, utilizing your management skills in the case of a contingency event and performing ad hoc tasks would be also expected. This role requires shift working pattern during the week.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, graduate or university students are welcomed
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin and/or other language welcomed;
• Other languages is a plus but not a must;
• Outgoing personality;
• Responsible for overseeing teams of staff and handling their duty rotation;
• Confident in public speaking and good customer services experience;
• Preferably with Park experience or customer services experience. Theme park operation, tourism industry, kindergartens or kids learning institutes experience will be considered first;
• Confident in public speaking;

Programme Officer (Full time only) Officer

Main Responsibilities:

You will be joining a team of energetic talents and work closely together to provide first class trainings, briefings and demonstrations to the young elites at Dream Come True Education Park, located at the Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal 2. Your job duties will include:

• Perform as park facilitator;
• To enthusiastically welcome guests as they approach venues;
• Handle customer queries;
• Maintaining orderly queues to appropriately configure the length;
• Monitoring and measuring attraction wait times and generating reports for analysis.

In addition, utilizing your management skills in the case of a contingency event and performing ad hoc tasks would be also expected. This role requires shift working pattern during the week.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, fresh graduate or university students are welcomed
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin;
• Other languages is a plus but not a must;
• Outgoing personality;
• Responsible for overseeing park facilitates;
• Be able to interact with various age groups from 3-16;
• Preferably >1 year of solid working experience. Theme park operation, customer service, tourism industry, kindergartens or kids learning institutes experience will be considered first;
• Confident in public speaking;
• Driving license, first aid certificate, photography and photo editing skills is also a plus but not a must.
